Founder and CEO
Kevin McGuinness is a television and film editor/writer/producer with over 30 years of experience working on productions that have been distributed by such entities as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Apple, CBS, ABC, Fox, NBC, Bravo, CNN and HBO. After experiencing firsthand how AI is transforming the media industry, Kevin conceived of SwarmTracker in 2024 and launched the company in 2025. Self-taught in programming, he has built and deployed PhishFinder™ and AttributionAgent Jr™, and filed 12 provisional patents and 5 trademarks for cyber attribution related technologies.
Kevin was a co-founder of StreetStrider beginning in 2007 and acted as the VP of Media, helping to engage an initial investment and facilitating a contract with NBC/Universal for product placement on “The Biggest Loser” StreetStrider reached $20m in sales in 2020 and remains in business now in 2025 (www.streetstrider.com).
He holds a BA in Economics from Pepperdine University.

Neil McGuinness – Former senior executive at IBM, Fidelity Investments, and Prudential. Currently Chairman of SEI Private Trust Company (24 years). Previously served as Assistant to IBM’s Chairman and CEO, President of Fidelity’s Employer Services, and EVP at Prudential Investments. Published author, Wharton MBA and Marine Corps veteran. He once interviewed to replace Steve Jobs at NeXT and hosted Gordon Moore at IBM.
